Dad's who play with their kids from day1 play a significant role in shaping the child's life. This is specially important for newborn dad's who feel their involvement with the new born doesn't matter.

Here is a list of five things which every newborn dad should know.

  1. A study shows that a child's physical and mental development is highly boosted when his dad has played with him since day one.

  2. Father's who are involved with their kids from the start experience less stress and more confidence in spending special time with their new borns.

  3. A study found that a strong father child bonding significantly reduces the chances of depression later in life.

  4. Adults who had good relationships with their father during childhood are more successful in handling stress.

  5. A child who has a close relationship with the father from an early age tend to be more successful academically and are less involved in crimes and drugs.

To conclude I would love to add a beautiful quote by Frank Pittman

"Fathering is not something perfect men do, but something that perfect the man."
